Hi

I am assuming you from general category

Your profile suggests that your domicile state is karnataka.

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like

********** number of students that appeared in the exam,

********** kind of marks obtained by them ,

********** toughness level of the examination,

**********  number of seats available etc.

But yes,

When we go through previous year trend

>>>>>>> with 423 marks

Begin a career in Medical and Allied Sciences. Admissions Open for

Apply to Emversity Allied Health Sciences programs

you hold a low chance to get a Government Medical College for mbbs

For example,

In neet 2019 , 443 marks for general category was cut off / lowest marks to get mbbs seat in a government medical college  under Karnataka state quota and it was for ESI Medical College, Bangalore

You can check the same at

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-karnataka/amp

You have chances in deemed universities for mbbs which are listed below along with their neet 2020 , 2nd round cut off :-

----------) B.L.D.E University, Bijapur:- 387 marks

----------) MGM Medical College, Navi Mumbai:- 380 marks

----------) Institute of Medical Sciences and SUMH, Bhubaneswar:-360 marks

----------) Sri Siddhartha Medical College DU, T Begur:- 328 marks

----------) BVDU Medical College and Hospital, Sangli:- 311 marks

And  a few more

Above prediction is on the basis of past year data but  cutoff keeps every year changing depending upon many factors as mentioned earlier, so to have a clear picture of the college in which you have chances and

You added the st category part later on by editing your question, meanwhile I had posted my answer
Anyway,
Your chances for government medical colleges for mbbs is still low.
In addition to colleges mentioned by me in above answer, you also have chances in colleges like Kanachur Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, MANGALORE, East Point College of Medical Sciences and Research Center, Bangalore for government quota seat etc being from st.
