Hi,every states seats in medical college is divided into 85%for home state quota and 15% for all India quota seats. According to previous year cutoff of BJ medical college Ahmedabad was 620 for open category all india quota seat and 557 for open category state quota seats.For details of other medical colleges cutoff in Gujarat you can refer to this link

According to the previous year data, the cut off for B.J medical college of state quota for general category students was 557 which is way less than 590 so it can be said that you have a fair chance to secure a seat in that college if you have domicile of Gujarat. Though keep in mind that cut off fluctuates each year and the cut off may increase or decrease this year
