Every year the cutoff changes depending upon the number of candidates appearing for the examination,the difficulty level of the question paper and the reservation category of the candidates.
If we take into consideration the previous years cutoff,'then a score of 597 is really good for anyone to get a government medical seat under both All India Quota and State Quota.
