I'm sorry but you have very low chances even if you belong to the ST category which has the lowest cut offs. There are aroumd 66000 medical college seats in India and only 15% of them are reserved for the All India Quota. The aiq has high cut offs and the minimum closing rank will be 70,000 maximum. You may try for the state counselling.
