Hi,
You scored good marks and your rank is very good. But it will be difficult for you to get CSE or SE at nits but you can apply for other branches available in nits, IIIts, and gftis. You can get mechanical or civil or electrical engineering in these colleges. You should try once by registering online at josaa counselling.
You have a good chance of getting admission in a good engineering College.
