According to your rank and category , you can try for many iit's like BHU ,Dhanbad , Tirupati , Jammu , Jodhpur , Palakkad and new iit's , in many lower branches and you can also get other  iit's in the later rounds of josaa .

Apart from iit's , JEE Advanced score can be used to take admission to many colleges other than IIT which are these -

1)IISC Bangalore

2)IISER

3)IIST Thiruvananthapuram

4)RGIPT

5)IIPE

First of all congratulations as you gave JEE advanced by qualifying JEE mains.

Now as you have secured 8543 OBC category rank in JEE advanced then it is nearly impossible for you to get any IIT colleges on the basis of their OBC category rank. Because for getting the seat in any IIT college with your OBC category, your OBC rank must be under 6000 and for good branches it must be under 3000.

Now, if you are a female candidate then there is a chance that you can get seats in IIT from OBC category because for female candidates the seats have been increased this year in IITs, but if you are a male candidate then there is no chance of getting any IIT college with this much rank. You even cannot get any newer IIT colleges as per seeing the last year cut off trends.
