Congratulations of getting good rank in the JEE mains examinations ,there is very difficult to tell the predict college because there are many students who scored less rank than you,As per the previous cut off it is very difficult to get into TOP nit colleges but there is chance to get good colleges year by year candidates may increase or decreased so cut off also may changes .For more IIT/NIT colleges you can go through this link
