With 24142 as OBC Category rank, it is difficult to get CS or IT branch in NIT. Since your Home state is Karnataka, So You would get Home state quota in NIT Surathkal. The closing rank for NIT Surathkal in CS Branch for Female was 8583 while the closing rank for IT Branch was 12364. You could get CS or IT branches in GFTIs like Rajasthan Central University, Pondicherry Engineering College in JOSAA Councelling.
