As per the seeing previous years data, I have observed that - under all the categories the respective CRL ranks have been written.
So, it can be assumable that csab special round takes place on the basis of CRL ranks under different categories.
So, this year also the csab will be on the basis of CRL ranks under different categories. So if you are an obc candidate then there is a chance that your CRL rank will be considered during counseling.
