hello!

what documents to be used as domicile certificate?

proof of residence such as ration card or driving license.
Age proof such as birth certificate or 10th school certificate.
two passport size photos.
proof of identity such as aadhar card,pan card.
self declaration form.
duly filled the application form.
Candidates are required to fulfil any of the following criteria to be eligible for the state quota in UP NEET admission : The candidate is a native of the state and their father is a Resident of the state of UP. ... Candidates who have passed X and XII from the state of UP, are not required to furnish domicile certificate .
