Yes, you are eligibile for JEE Main exam but you will not be eligible to take admission in NITs/IITs/IIITs and GFTIs.

You can take admission in private colleges which consider JEE Main marks in order to take admissions.

With this percentage, you are not eligible to get seat in NITs/IIITs/GFTIs but you can try for state colleges and private colleges like VIT, SRM, Manipal but they conduct their own entrance as they dont consider Jee score.
