Sorry to dissapoint you but given your JEE mains percentile there is no possibility for you to take admission in MBM Jodhpur as per the previous cut off trends it has been observed that it takes 140+ marks in JEE mains in order to make the cut for MBM, but it can vary along with the difficulty of the paper.

I am sorry to say but for getting CSE in MBM Jodhpur your Jee Score is not enough. If you are a general category student, with this percentile it's not possible. 

Yes,  your board score might do something for you.(but they prefer Jee first).
