See it is at this moment very difficult to predict whether you will get NITs/IIITs or not using your rank, since it varies every year and also it has not yet started this year.

However, as per previous years cutoff and trends it seems very difficult for you to manage any seats in JoSAA round counselling since these college has a usual cutoff of around 40,000-50,000 CRL Max.(i.e. 94-95 %ile).

You can however apply for other state level counsellings or private colleges like SRM,TIET,LPU, PES,CBS , Amity etc which accept JEE scores for admission.

yes defnitely as per previous years records you can get NIt Assam, Nit mizoram, Nit Pudducherry, Nit Meghalaya etc. Aslo, you can get some of the top enginnering colleges usch as DTU,DU, SRM,VIT,GGSIPU etc.
