My rank in jee mains is 13000 rank in EWS category can I get seat in any NIT's If it is there what are they Let me know

Your rank is really acceptable and very good,
Can't say about the creamy colleges, but
You will definitely get a good rated nits or iiits,
After getting a seat, i will suggest you to appear for the spot round also, may be it can give you a better seat.
At first, do appear for jee advanced with well preparation.
