As per the previous year cutoffs you have a good chance of getting medium ranked NITs such as NIT Nagpur, NIT Raipur, NIT Rourkela, NIT Bhopal, but you should not expect higher branches.
You can get higher branches in lower ranked NITs such as NIT Patna, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Uttarakhand, NITs from North-east,etc.
And some IIITs such as IIIT Nagpur, IIIT Pune, IIIT kancheepuram,etc

You can get NIT Allahabad from home state qouta.

Generally you need to have a score below 25k to get admission into NITs or other government colleges so with your score you may get a seat in any if these government colleges but you wouldn't be able to get the core branches as their cutoffs are high mostly below 15k. 

But you could get some top private colleges with this rank and even get top branches in them.

I am really sorry from my side on committing such a mistake. For your Home state which is UP, you can get the below branches in MNIT for your category:-

• Computer Science and Engineering - Closing rank was 99531
• Electronics and Communication Engineering - Closing rank was 135478
• Agricultural Engineering - Closing rank was 193316

At this rank you get only three branches with home state as a quota.

But at this rank it very difficult to get other states nits and IIITs of all states.

But you can get some private colleges at this rank.
