The University doesnt seem to offer B.Tech Textile Technology as its not mentioned in the courses offered, WBJEE Seat matrix. So I dont think it is there. The Govt college in Serempore offers B.Tech technology. However you will have to qualify in WBJEE to get into B.Tech in West Bengal. Govt seats are not open to outside state students but University seats like Jadavpur allow this. 

Please find out from the University whether they still offer the couurse.
