Yes I'll enlist down the cutoff ranks of WBJEE for Maulana Azad KALAM University of previous years..

The cutoff for Computer Science Engineering course was 7931 rank in wbjee for general category and 60122 rank in JEE MAINS for general category last year.

And the cutoffs for Electrical Engineering was 18912 rank in wbjee general category and 147230 rank general category in jee mains.

There is no individual AISHE code of maulana abul kalam azad university of technology . There are separate AISHE codes for all the colleges affiliated to this university like:

C -6218 is the AISHE code of institute of science and technology

C-6160 is for durgapur institute 

C-6333 is for asansol engineering college

Etc.

To know the AISHE code of any institute affiliated to this university , please mrntion the name of concerned institute in comments.

As your query is you want to know that whether, the University , Maluana Abdul Kalam Azad University is NSP registered or not and whether you can get Scholarship from there or not.

I would like to tell you that in case of National Scholarship Portal , those colleges which are registered from UGC or AiCTE or state or national university , the students from those college are eligible for scholarships.

Well, basing upon your rank in WBJEE, it seems like you may not get admission into a reputed government college offering courses in b.pharm. But still you can give it a try at the time of counseling and it's better to apply for colleges in your own home state so that the chances of getting admission are high.

I would like to tell you that there is absolutely no alternative to take admission in 2nd year apart from lateral entry and this is a provision not for this particular University but for all the Institutions.
