Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT) Kolkata offers admission at UG, PG and doctoral levels. MAKAUT University admissions are offered to courses, namely BTech, MSc, MTech, Ph.D, and others. MAUKAT admission to B.Tech programmes is offered through a state-level entrance examination WBJEE.

• Aspirants must check and fulfil the eligibility criteria before appearing WB PGET through which they can get admission in the MAKAUT M.Tech courses.

• Eligible candidates are required to fill out the WB PGET application form in an online mode.

• WB PGET will be conducted in three cities of West Bengal, and candidates must fillin  their two preferred cities at the time of filling the application form.

• After successful submission of the MAUKAT application form, candidates will be issued PGET admit cards to appear for the exam in an online mode.

• WB PGET result is released in an online mode. Students can check their MAKAUT results by entering their application number and password.

• Candidates who will qualify for the final merit list will only be eligible for PGET counselling.

• Students will participate in WB PGET counselling.

• During the choice filling and locking process, students must give preference to MAUKAT for admissions.
