Your category rank is not so good and based on this rank and previous year cut off it is very difficult to get any iit with any branch. If you have state quota for any college then it  might be possible to get the college. But the assumption is based on previous year cut off and you know that cut off is vary every year.

I am sorry to say that you will not get admission to any IIT colleges with a preparatory SC Rank of 3869 in the JEE Advance exam 2020. Based on previous years' trends, it will not be possible.
