With a rank of 13149 you can get into the mid tier NIT and IIIT colleges such as NIT Hamirpur, NIT Srinagar, NIT Silchar and others. But you won't get core brocades such as CSE and E&C. You will get lower branches in these colleges. I would suggest taking a drop or write other state run competitive exams to get admission into engineering colleges such as RV, KIIT, VIT and others.
