Congratulations on securing good ranks. You are very much eligible for CSE in all 4 Amrita Campuses under open category. Also, I think that you're eligible for a scholarship seat. CSE in Amrita Coimbatore is the best comparitvely, since cutoff marks for CSE in Coimbatore are high than other campuses . Also the placements are top notch.
