Hope you are doing well. Yes, you can get a seat seat in Dayanand Sagar College Of Engineering with 24000 rank in COMED-K examination. But you cannot get a seat in branches like CSE or ECE or IS. The branches which are available for you in DSCE with this rank are Automation, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics and Instrumation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Telecommunication Engineering. The observations are based on previous year cutoff ranks after second round of seat allotment. I hope this answer will help you.
