There are a total of 270 seats for B.A. Honours in Economics at IP university in Delhi. Onl 4 colleges, namely VIPS, DIRD, Maharaja Agrasen and Fairfield offer the course. You cannot be assured of a seat in the next rounds, but I would say there is considerable chance since many of the candidates with betterrank would have gone for other universities like DU. IPU has many rounds of counselling,  so you need to wait for them to know about your scope of admission.
