Firstly, congratulations for your excellent score in JEE Advance, it's not easy to score so great. Now, as per your question, i would say that you have a fair chance of getting into most of the top IITs like IIT BHU, IIT kharagpur, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi etc. Subjects like computer science are a bit difficult to get, but with your rank, you can be hopeful for that as well.
