With a JEE Main ranking of 717,391 in the OBC category, you will find it difficult to get admission into the top government engineering institutions in Bangalore. However, you may consider the following options:

1. Private Engineering Colleges in Bangalore. The many private colleges in Bangalore will offer acceptable engineering programs and many have management seats or other quota seats which may be available with your rank.
2. State-based Engineering Colleges. Look at Karnataka CET or COMEDK counselling. There are other options here as certain colleges will have 'state quota' or seats that are reserved.
3. New/in-significantly lower-tiered Colleges. As time goes by, approximately every new private institution will be looked at as 'new' and may be less desired as compared to other engineering colleges in Bangalore.
