NIT hamirpur is providing integrated ME-BE dual degree course in CSE, but the cut off is higher than your rank in the case of OBC category.
You can try for CSAB counselling for SFTIs, in which ITM University, Gwalior is providing the same course. Chances for you to get admission is there.
