As per your JEE mains rank in OBC category and comparing it to last year's JAC cutoff you have really low chance of admission. It would have been easier for you if you were a resident of Delhi but being from Patna you have really low chance of getting admission.
There are four JAC Delhi participating institutes

• Indraprastha institute of information technology Delhi
• Indra Gandhi Delhi technical university for women
• Netaji Subhas University of technology
• Delhi technological University
