yes you are eligible for the special round of csab . all you have to do is , pay the fee in prior and then login using your userid and password . remember , in the special round only if you are 1005 willing to join in the college you are choosing for only then it is better to apply . other wise , if you have been alloted a seat in the college of your choice and you donot want to join in it then you will loose the admission fee that you will have been paid to that college .
