As per mentioned rank in SRMJEEE,  on rank 16380 it will be difficult to get commputer science branch in chennai campus. Last year cutoff rank for computer science was below 10000.

I am sorry to say that you may not be able to get computer science in Chennai main branch with the rank of 16380. But you have a good chance to get Information Technology in Chennai main branch.

you can also get Computer science in other branches.
