The closing ranks for Biomedical Engineering were 45000 and 13000 respectively for 2016 and 2015. Going by the previous year trends, it is obvious that no stance can be taken on the cutoffs of the branch. Every year the trends change slightly, but for biomedical the trends have a lot of variations. Yet wait for the results!
