You didn't mention which exma you given already. So it's difficult to say anything without confirmation.

But i assume that it's basis on your NEET result.

Look your rank is high so it's difficult to predict anything by us.

Mop up round mainly the round when 1st and 2nd round already over but seats have vacancy. So the mop up round occur and it's basically first go and first serve.

So if you are going first you can get the college seats.

But you are not mentioning your exam dear if it's not for NEET then jEE mains also occur same things in every college's.
