Congratulations on the good rank. IPU began with its English Honours course just last year and as of now, only 2 colleges in IPU offer the course in their college. These are-

1) Vivekananda Institute big Professional Studies

2) Fairfield Institute of Management and Technology

Hence, the seats are very low for the course.  Chances are low, but it totally depends on this year's trend. If a majority of the candidates who have scored above you move into DU or other better universities(which have many seats), you may get through. If you have any quota, there is still more chances. Also, there is a slight possibility that more affiliated colleges start providing the course from this year, but you'll have to wait for the counselling process to know.
