As per the previous years records there are pretty decent chancs that you can get a seat in ECE under category 3 in VIT Vellore campus. Also, you can try for CSE or IT seats in VIT Chennai (if you are interested). And if, somehow, you do not get ECE seat ( it might occur as cutoffs change every year) then do not get disheartened you can always try for category 4.
