With this Iam sorry to say that it is highly impossible to get Computer Science in any of the NIT's or IIIT's as the cutoffs are really high for Computer Science if you would be ok in opting  any of the other branches like Electronics and Communication Engineering or Chemical Engineering then i would have suggested you some NIT's and IIIT's.

It is difficult to get CSE in good NITs or IIITs with your rank. But you may get CSE in some of the new IIITs.
