Hi there,
Hope you are doing well. Sorry to say that but you cannot get Aeronautical Engineering branch in top colleges with this rank. You may expect a normal or average college. Aeronautical Engineering is a rare branch and most of the colleges do not teach this branch. Only some top colleges and some average colleges will be home this branch. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
