Hello,

According to GGSIPU, there are around 2000 seats out of which 85 percent are reserved for Delhi candidates and 15 percent is reserved for Non Delhi candidates. So according to your rank in CLAT i.e. 37700 you may not get admission in any college in IPU. Here is a link for more information : https://law.careers360.com/articles/ipucet-law-cutoff
