You haven't mentioned the category you belong to so I'm assuming you belong to the general category.

I'm sorry to inform you that with your rank of 47172, it is highly unlikely that you will get admission in this college if you are a general category student. 

In 2018, for CSE branch the cut-off rank was 17210 rank and the cut-offs vary only slightly every year so it will definitely not go beyond 20000 rank.

However, if you belong to the SC/ST/OBC category then you have quite decent chances of getting admission here.
