You have not mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category. The cut off in 2018 was as follows for Andhra loyola Institute of Engineering Technology

Considering this you can only get Information Technology branch in this institute based on your rank. Cut off rank changes every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.
