HSBCGL = BCGL= backward caste girl category 

AsIET (institute of engineering and technology ) Lucknow is a government and one of the best engineering college in up 

regarding admission in IET  ,we are providing last year's cutoff

since 2019 counseling has still not  started

So we are providing last year's IET cutoff for BCGL 

 Opening rank -155

Closing rank -6829

Since your rank is 7000 so you can not expect your admission in IET  ,though the cutoff varies every year ,all depends on your luck

There are about 500 seats for UG program at IET Lucknow. Based on the previous year records of opening and closing rank, you can easily get seat at IET. But I hope you are well aware about the competition in the present scenerio. Be hopeful and proceed for the further procedures. Good luck
