My rank is 70,000 in obc category . Please tell me in which college should I try to get admission in B.tech CS stream.

Hello there,
You haven't mentioned the state you belong to. You can get many good private colleges with this rank. Getting CSE may be a little difficult with this rank. I would suggest you to apply for some state counseling.
