the results of FNCON has been released on the official website. The displaying of candidates lists for counseling will be releasing on 18th november. Since you are from reserved category your counselling will start from 23rd november. You got 76 obc rank and if you from Delhi domicile you have a very high chance of getting the seat. If you are from outside Delhi OBC category then you have 70%-80% chances of getting the seat.
