Your Rank in IPU CET is not quite well. But there are many colleges in which you can get admission. But they are not top ranked

Some of the colleges are

• Chanderprabhu Jain College of Higher Studies and School of Law, Narela
  
• Delhi Metropolitan Education, Noida
• Fairfield Institution of Managment and Technology, Kapashera
• JIMS Engineering Management Technical Campus , Greater Noida

While the packages for these college are 3-4 LPA average
