Hi Aspirant!

According to rules/guidelines released by IITs/governing bodies only 35 to 40 students are allowed to get the preparatory course in any IIT means only the top 40 students after the chosen student will get the admission but your rank is so high in your category hence it would be impossible for you to get the admission.
