Taking into consideration past year trends it can be said that your chances of getting cse in MIT main campus is quite low. As not only cse all the important branches are taken up by students under 10k. Maybe you should try for another side campus. One thing I would like to say is to not compromise branch due to college choice because you will likely regret it later.
