In 2019 the cut off for VNIT, Nagpur for CSE through GATE was 421-532 for SC category.So you do not have any chances of getting seat in VNIT, Nagpur with your GATE score.You need to have a score above 500.But cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly.
