Please mention your category and your state.You will not be able to get college in other states under 15% AIQ in any category but you can hope to get college in your state but cut offs of different states are different . Some like Tamil Nadu and Rajasthan have very high cut off and some have moderate to low cut off but since you have not mentioned your state and category i will not be able to help you with the list of colleges.
