Sorry but you have mentioned the best colleges of India which do not give direct admission for m tech.
If you want to get into one of them, crack GATE exam.

Hello Rishubh! No, I am sorry to say but you will have to appear for certain entrance exams if you want to pursue M.Tech.. You can't take direct admissions. All the best! Hope this helps.
