First of all allow me to congratulate your sister for accomplishing this impressive feat. Your sister has a very good percentile and according to previous year rank based cut off, I think there should be no problem whatsoever for getting admission in College of Engineering, Pune. However if your sister wants to secure a seat in higher branches like Computer Science or something like that then she may have been better off with a percentile of 98-99 to be safe.
