Hey Pradeep,
BAMS admission is based on the NEET score. BAMS provides admission to government and private colleges.
  • The government colleges have a cutoff of around 425-430 for general category and 400 for reserved candidates.There are reservations for domicile students based upon state quota cutoffs.
  • Now for the private colleges the cutoffs for general category students are in the range of 295--300 and for reserved category candidates in the range of 260-280.However the fees are high as compared to government colleges.
So based upon your sister's marks she may give emphasis on the private colleges where she has more chances for admissions in BAMS course. For the government colleges she may have to wait for 3rd or 4th round of cutoffs if declated by the colleges.The fees is comparatively lower than that of private colleges in government colleges.
