180 is a very low score to get even management quota . In first round its not possible but might be possible in other rounds. Minimum score should be 250+ to get seat in management quota. And since this year the cut off are also expected to be slightly high so it's going to be very difficult to get seat but you can try for it.

Yes, your son can get a seat in management quota for that it has nothing to do with the neet marks.. If you can afford to pay such a big amount as his academic fees then you can contact to the college authorities, they will tell how exactly how this management quota thing works.. Hope this helps..
